When the lease for an office space ends, the two common options for tenants to consider are to remain and renew the lease, or to look for an alternative office space. In the case of the latter, most landlords of commercial spaces in Singapore require the tenant to reinstate the office space to its original condition as a clause of termination handover.

The reinstatement process begins when a request for quotation comes in. Every client has different needs and requirements, and we review each project with a site survey to understand the extent of works required, before providing a formal quotation.
No two reinstatement are the same, and costing is dependent on the scale of the project.
Most office reinstatement involves the dismantling of existing partitions, built-in cabinetry and furniture as well as other modifications done to the space. Original ceiling boards that have been retained from space takeover may require replacing if found in a bad condition. Power and data points installed by the tenant is to be dismantled. In some cases, the landlord may request for carpet flooring to be removed before handover.
